All credit card transactions are processed via Authorize.net to avoid any fraud activity. Before placing your order, please make sure all billing information is correct and matches your credit card’s information. 

If you credit card Declines, please contact us before trying your card again.

We accept PayPal. Please check out via PayPal.

INTERNATIONAL First Time Buyers will be required to pay via pay pal the first couple of transactions for security purposes.

VENMO

We accept Venmo as a form of payment. Please check out with “Wire Transfer” and leave a note on your “Buyer Notes” that you wish to pay via Venmo. We will contact you with further information.

We no longer work with USPS; this is due to the shipping carrier no longer picking up at our location. We can no longer guarantee priority shipping with USPS. 

USPS has been really unreliable with us in the past regarding their shipping ETA’s & multiple unresolved lost/damage claims, so we do not recommend shipping with this carrier if you need your order for a specific date. 

 
WE PREFER NOT TO SHIP WITH USPS

 

USPS no longer picks up packages from us so we need to drop it off at a location that’s pretty far. Due to their unreliability, we cannot guarantee their ETA. 

They also have a terrible claims service so if things get lost, we’re unable to recoup the loss.

We do not recommend shipping with this carrier if you need your order for a specific date. 

We understand that customers in Hawaii or Puerto Rico and other territories prefer USPS for the lower shipping cost, so we will allow this method, but the drop off can delay the order.

 

CUSTOMERS PROVIDING LABELS

You are more than welcome to provide us with your own labels whether it would be with USPS or FedEx but please note that we are not responsible for the delivery time for these carriers. 

If you would like to send your own label, please make sure to leave a note of this on your buyer notes so we could send over the weight & dimensions of your package. 

PICK UP 

You are always welcome to Pick Up your order at our showroom located in the Fashion District in Downtown LA, please make sure to check out using the “Store Pick Up” shipping method. 

  • Our Pickup address is – 1020 Crocker St, Los Angeles CA 90021. Please have your order number on hand. 
  • Please note that we do not guarantee your order will be ready for Pick Up the same day the order is placed. The order will most likely be ready for pick up by the following business day.
  • Please check out as “Store Pick Up” once you place the order, this will allow us to prioritize your order for pick up. If you do not check out using the “Pick Up” shipping method your order will not be prioritized and there might be a possibility that it will not be ready for pick up the following business day. 
 

DELIVERY

We offer FREE delivery to any CARGO located within walking distance from our showroom. 

  • Please note we do not deliver to store fronts, only cargo locations that give us a receipt. 
  • We deliver our orders every day between around 3 pm PST.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage done at the cargo location.
  • Please make sure to check out using the “Hand Delivery” shipping method and insert your cargo location on the shipping address, if your company is registered under a different name with the cargo, please make sure to provide the name in your buyer notes.
  • DO NOT check out using UPS Ground if you would like your order delivered to a Cargo, doing so will result in your order being shipped and you being charged the shipping fee.
 

RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to request a return for exchange or store credit (requirements must be met), please follow these guidelines below.

  • All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit only.
  • If you would like to return merchandise, please email info@shopgirly.com to get return authorization.
  • If you are returning damaged merchandise, please send pictures, invoice number, and a good contact number to info@shopgirly.com .
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-damaged returned merchandise.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for non-damaged returns, including customs and duties for international returns.
  • Girly Accessories will cover shipping for any damaged merchandise.
  • Returns are processed within 7 business days of when we receive your return package.
  • Refunds will be issued via store credit only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date.
  • Girly reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.
