Orders usually ship within 1 business day of placing orders.
If you need your order by a certain date, please mention so in the comments section of your order.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to request a return for exchange or store credit (requirements must be met), please follow these guidelines below.
- All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit only.
- If you would like to return merchandise, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get return authorization.
- If you are returning damaged merchandise, please send pictures, invoice number, and a good contact number to email@example.com .
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-damaged returned merchandise.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for non-damaged returns, including customs and duties for international returns.
- Girly Accessories will cover shipping for any damaged merchandise.
- Returns are processed within 7 business days of when we receive your return package.
- Refunds will be issued via store credit only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
